The village of Elshani
We pick you up from the hotel and take you to the beautiful village of Elshani. Elshani is a 600-year-old village at the foot of the Galicica Mountains. It is located at an altitude of 850 meters and offers a beautiful view of Lake Ohrid. The village is not very touristy and remains very authentic. Once there, we walk through the village and see how the Macedonian people live.
Walk through National Park Galicica
Through Galicica National Park, we take a walk to a scenic viewpoint where you can take beautiful photos. Even during the walk, you can enjoy stunning views all around you. We will be accompanied by villagers with their donkeys. If you like, you can ride a donkey or simply take photos with them
It's time to cook
We return to the village and visit a family with an astonishing view of Lake Ohrid. If you wish, you can help prepare a traditional Macedonian dinner. You will also learn how to make some typical Macedonian dishes. While we wait for the food to be ready, you’ll be surprised by various activities, and we’ll enjoy the sunset over Lake Ohrid.
Party time
